The efficacy and function of Bishan

Bishan is a vegetable that was successfully bred by the Beijing Vegetable Research Center and is a new variety of the "Seventh Five-Year Plan". Now let's learn about the effects and functions of Bishan.

The efficacy and function of Bishan

1. The growth potential of the spruce is particularly strong. The plant is semi-upright, the leaves are dark green, the flower balls are particularly dense, and the flower buds are small and dark green. It is a new type of vegetable that is early maturing. After seedling cultivation and calibration, it can be harvested in 60 days. It is a good aquatic vegetable, but it is a type of vegetable that people have been using to improve the quality of the food on their tables for a long time.

2. Bishan is mainly produced in coastal areas such as North China, South China and Northeast China. Bishan can be planted in the open field. The weight of a main flower is as high as about 360 grams, and the general yield per mu is 800-900 kilograms. If you choose to plant it in a greenhouse, the nutrition is richer, so the weight of the main flower ball can reach about 450 grams, and the yield per mu will be as high as more than 1,000 kilograms. Generally, after the main flower ball is harvested in autumn, the side flower balls can also be harvested.

3. Bishan has a good anti-cancer effect, because Bishan contains some trace elements that can resist oxidation. If consumed for a long time, Bishan can reduce the occurrence of breast cancer or rectal cancer. At the same time, Bishan can also clean blood vessels well, prevent infection, prevent cholesterol oxidation, and reduce the occurrence of stroke or heart disease.
