Ingredients for Yellow Flower Fungus Custard

Ingredients: eggs, soaked black fungus, soaked day lily, meat

Accessories: vegetable oil, cooking wine, sugar, pepper powder, salt, oyster sauce, water starch

Yellow flower fungus egg custard method:

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add cold or warm water, steam in a steamer and set aside;

2. Chop the meat, soaked black fungus, day lily and green onion into fine pieces and set aside;

3. Add oil to the pan, sauté onions and pepper powder, and add the meat and stir-fry evenly;

4. Add day lily and fungus into the pan and stir-fry;

5. Add sugar and a little water and cook briefly;

6. Add oyster sauce and starch;
