2. Wash the prepared brown rice with clean water, then add enough clean water to soak for two hours, remove the water after soaking. Wash the prepared small ribs, chop them into sections, blanch them with boiling water, take out the dried shrimps after blanching, and soak them in cold water to remove impurities.

2. Wash the brown rice and put it directly into the pot, add enough water, boil it with high heat, and then simmer it with low heat for one hour, then add the black sesame and continue to cook. After ten minutes, add the white sugar, stir well, turn off the heat and eat it. This black sesame brown rice porridge can eliminate stool and lose weight.

Steamed brown rice

Although brown rice has not been finely processed, its nutritional value is not low at all. It can be eaten after being steamed like steamed rice. However, before steaming, the brown rice needs to be soaked in clean water for about four hours. After it becomes soft, it can be steamed in a steamer. This will not only make the brown rice taste better, but also increase the activity of the nutrients it contains, which is more conducive to the body's absorption and utilization of these nutrients.
