Step 1: Dissolve 15 grams of butter in a pot and set aside after it slowly melts.

Step 2: Dissolve baking powder in warm water and stir well.

Step 3: Mix the butter, flour and baking powder together, add salt, sugar and milk powder and knead thoroughly.

Step 4: After kneading evenly, place it in the bread machine. If you don’t have a bread machine, you can only knead the dough manually.

Step 5: When the dough is firm, put it into a large container, cover it with plastic wrap and wait for the dough to ferment slowly. You can consider preventing it from fermenting under a warm light. It takes about an hour and a half, and then the size of the dough will expand to more than double its original size.

Step 6: Squeeze the dough to release the gas in it and restore it to its original size. Put the dough in the refrigerator, and the dough will expand again. Squeeze out the gas and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 7: Cut the butter into thin pieces and wrap it in the dough. Roll the dough into a rectangle and fold it three times to form a horn shape.

Step 8: Put it in the oven and bake until the crust turns golden brown.
