Pork belly porridge ingredients

Ingredients: 1 cup of white rice, 1/4 pork belly, some shredded ginger, some chopped green onion

Seasoning (1) 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 slices of ginger, 10 cups of water

Seasoning (2) 8 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of pepper

How to make pork belly porridge

1. Wash and blanch the pork belly, then cook with seasoning (1) for 40 minutes. When the pork belly is cooked and soft, remove from the pot and slice for later use.

2. Wash the white rice, add 8 cups of water and soak it for 20 minutes, move it to the stove and bring it to a boil, then simmer the porridge over low heat.

3. When the porridge is ready, add the pork tripe slices and cook together, add salt to taste, add shredded ginger and pepper powder, turn off the heat and serve. Add a little chopped green onion when eating.

Porridge notes

1. The soup from cooking pork tripe has a fishy smell, so do not add it to the porridge.

2. The pig's stomach must be cooked thoroughly before adding it to the porridge. The remaining part can be frozen and used next time or used to make other dishes.
