How to make fish sprout rice porridge

1. Wash the fish and cut it into pieces

2. Wash the sprouted rice and soak it in water for 3 hours.

3. Add water to cook in an electric cooker, then move to the stove and add ginger slices, wine, and salt. Cook over low heat until the rice porridge becomes sticky, add the fish and cook, add scallions, sprinkle with white pepper and sesame oil. The brown rice is cleaned by ultrasonic force to remove surface impurities and sterilize, and then germinated for 18 to 22 hours in warm water. After the nutrients reach the peak point, stop the germination process, and then dry at low temperature to make germinated brown rice. It is rich in r-aminobutyric acid, IP6, dietary fiber, and vitamin B group, which can fully provide daily nutritional needs. After washing and draining, place it for more than 2 hours, the amount of water added is about 1:1.2 to 1.5 times.

Eating fish can reduce some of the damage done to the body by smoking, according to a recent study from a hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

The study found that the amino acids in fish can inhibit arteriosclerosis and reduce the chances of smokers dying from heart disease and stroke. Professor Hayes of Beaumont Hospital and his colleagues used a pulse oximeter and ultrasound scans to examine the arteries of smokers and non-smokers, and found that the arteries of the former could not dilate, while the latter had no problem. However, if the test subjects took 5 grams of "taurine", the amino acid contained in a fish meal, their arterial dilation ability would be greatly improved. However, Professor Hayes stressed that fish cannot be used as an "antidote" for smoking.
