How to make flavored chicken porridge

1. Wash the chicken breast, chop it into minced meat and put it in a container;

2. Add 100g chicken soup to the minced chicken and stir until smooth;

3. Wash the fat and chop it into minced meat;

4. Mix the minced fat into the minced chicken, add dry cornstarch, salt, MSG, onion and ginger juice, egg white, rice wine, and stir;

5. Slowly add 100g of chicken soup, stirring as you pour, until it becomes white minced chicken;

6. Put the pot on the stove, heat it to 30% hot, add 300 grams of chicken soup;

7. Add wet starch to make a thin paste;

8. Slowly pour in the minced chicken while gently mixing with a spoon;

9. When the chicken mince is about to boil, add lard and continue stirring until the lard seeps into the chicken porridge.

Food incompatibility:

Eggs: Eating them with goose meat will damage the spleen and stomach; eating them with rabbit meat or persimmon will cause diarrhea; and they should not be eaten with turtle, carp, soy milk, or tea.
