How to Make Bone Broth

Ingredients for bone broth

When making bone soup, you need to prepare about 500 grams of large trotter bones, an appropriate amount of scallion segments, ginger slices and cooking wine, and also a small amount of white vinegar.

Steps to make bone broth

1. Before making bone soup, put water in the pot and bring it to a boil. Put the prepared pork ribs into the boiling water and blanch them for three to five minutes to dilute the blood in the water. Then take out the bones and pour out the water in the pot.

2. Prepare a pressure cooker and put cold water in it. Then add onion segments, ginger slices, and the blanched bones. Also add a small amount of pepper and an appropriate amount of white vinegar.

3. Mix the ingredients evenly and cover the pot. After the pressure cooker starts to release steam, cook for another three minutes. Turn to low heat and simmer for about half an hour. Turn off the heat, let the gas in the pressure cooker dissipate automatically, and finally open the lid.

4. After opening the lid, use a small spoon to remove the floating oil on the top of the soup and put it in a bowl. You can eat it when cooking. After taking out the soup from the pot, put it in a fresh-keeping box. Take it out when needed, thaw and boil it, then add vegetables and cook together. Finally, add an appropriate amount of edible salt. At this time, the rich aroma of the bone soup will naturally emit, and you can take it out and put it in a bowl to eat.
