Then soak it in clean water for half an hour, wash it, take it out and control the water, add salt and knead it, and marinate it for 24 hours. Then prepare 1 liang of sesame oil, 3 liang of sugar, 3 liang of salt, appropriate amount of vinegar, appropriate amount of water, and 2 liang of chili. After heating the oil in the wok, add the chili powder and stir-fry until fragrant. Then put all the other ingredients into the pot and boil to get the soup.
