I wanted to drink mushroom beef porridge, but I didn't know where to put the mushrooms at home, and I didn't want to buy them. The Internet said that celery can also be used, so I rushed to the vegetable market to buy some celery (70 cents a pound, I bought 1.3 yuan) and half a pound of cooked beef for 13 yuan. I wanted to buy some chives, but I was afraid that it would be dark and I couldn't tell the difference between garlic sprouts and green onions (you can BS me as much as you want~~) So I looked around and didn't find any, all green onions. When I passed by a tricycle, the old lady selling vegetables shouted to me, come on, my vegetables are fresh, and there are chives, they are delicious~ I turned around and walked to her car as soon as I heard it. It was true. There were several bundles of green onions on the car, one yuan a bundle, so I chose a bundle of green onions that looked acceptable. I paid and went home. On the way, I walked and looked at the vegetables sold on both sides, and there was almost nothing that moved me. The coriander was planted by my colleague Xu Fang's family, green and pollution-free, and I would like to thank her specially.

After returning home, I started to get busy. First, I put rice in the rice cooker (I am lazy and don’t like to use ordinary pots. In fact, rice cookers are not as good as ordinary pots), rinse it, add water, and then turn it to the cooking mode. Then, while it is cooking, I cut the beef. Mom said that half a pound is not enough, so I cut half and put the other half aside. The beef can be cut into slices as big as a fingernail or minced meat. It doesn’t matter whether it is cooked, but if it is raw, it must be cut into very small slices so that it is easier to cook. Then, I picked the chives, celery, and coriander, washed and chopped them, and set them aside for later use.

Just like the century egg and lean meat porridge, wait until the rice starts to smoke and then manually switch to the keep warm setting, otherwise the rice will overflow. Then wait for about 10 minutes before opening the pot, putting the meat in and stirring, then adding salt and MSG or chicken essence. Once the seasoning is adjusted, cover it and simmer for a while, then open it and pour in the chopped vegetables and stir. After covering the lid, set it to cooking, and then unplug the power supply.
