Can I eat too many tangerines?

The rivers and lakes suffer from the eyes of the vulgar, and the imperial court still thinks that there are too many ordinary trees. At that time, mandarin oranges could be offered to the emperor, so Nanfeng mandarin oranges were also known as "tribute oranges" and were praised by Comrade Stalin as "the king of oranges".

Can babies eat tangerines?

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that oranges are warm in nature. If you eat a lot of oranges in a short period of time, you will experience symptoms of "getting angry" such as mouth sores, dry throat and sore throat, and constipation. Therefore, you should not eat too much. Oranges are also rich in fruit acid. Eating them on an empty stomach will cause adverse stimulation to the digestive tract mucosa. Friends with digestive tract ulcers should pay special attention. In addition, do not feed your baby too many oranges or orange juice. This is because infants and young children have imperfect liver function. When they eat too many oranges, the liver cannot convert too much carotene in the body into vitamin A, and "carotenemia" will come to the door.
