Braised yuba with ginkgo

Everyone knows that ginkgo is a delicious fruit, but do you know that ginkgo can also be used as a delicacy in cooking? Let me introduce it to you.

Ingredients for roasted yuba with ginkgo:

18 ginkgo nuts, 80 grams of dried bean curd sticks, 10 grams of green onions, 5 grams of ginger, and appropriate amount of broth.

Seasoning for roasted yuba with ginkgo:

Use appropriate amounts of dried red pepper, star anise, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and salt.

Method of cooking yuba with ginkgo:

1. Knock off the hard shell of ginkgo nuts, blanch the thin skin with boiling water, and peel out the ginkgo kernels for later use;

2. Break the yuba and soak them in cold water for 1-2 hours until they are soft;

3. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 50% cooked, add yuba and ginkgo nuts, stir-fry, add salt, star anise, ginger slices, dried red pepper, pour in broth, dark soy sauce, and appropriate amount of water, cover the pot, and simmer over medium heat;

4. When the juice is dry, add scallion segments and serve.
